need help aro is head down tail up.

i just got this arowana. supposely its a high shine.

right now he is like this. i need help

Maybe swim bladder problem. Check water quality. Water change and salt. no food for a few days. I read that if you can get them to eat frozen peas that this would relieve the problem. Doesnt reallt look like a high shine aro. I hope they didnt charge you more for that. How big? 10" or so looking at the pic?

swimbladder problem indeed ... lower your water level , stop feeding , add salt/epsom salt , add some anti internal bacteria if necessary

Sorry, but head down tail up usually leads to dead aro. How long have you had the aro?

every cases i know of tail up = dead. usually it happens when they get internal injury, like eating shrimp with their shells still on, especially small aros. i recalled someone aro here on mfk had the same prob after feeding its aro shrimp
