I just started filling up the 230 gallon I bought and I noticed the tank is not touching the foam in a couple spots. I have attached pics. Do I have to rebuild the stand?image.jpgimage.jpg the tank is level.

Why are you using so much foam? That's not good. If fact, I always set my tanks on the stand directly and only used something to take up the areas that had a gap.

That doesn't look like a stand issue, it looks like the foam was crushed on the corner, maybe when getting the tank onto the stand?

The wooden stands don't always require foam and a single layer of styrofoam board from the Home Depot is the way to go.

Foam was glued to the stand when I got it. And to go with no foam is a bad idea. If there is one small imperfection in the stand, the tank could crack under with that point of pressure under the weight.

I think you may be right about it being damaged while we moved it. Is that little corner anything to be concerned about?

Well the foam is not level.
