my small tem about 3" seems to be choking on feeder but its inside and seems like hes dying wha can i do

Take the feeder out of its mouth. I had to do this the other night with my fish, it got exhausted for trying to swallow it for hours and was having trouble breathing etc. Get the fish in a net and carefully grab the feeders tail firmly. And very gently pull back, your fish make rock around for a little bit and this helps a little. Dont try to force it out fast, but do it slowly Also, when you net the fish bring it up to the surface and have it still in the tank so that if the fish wiggles he falls back in the water. It mgiht take a few trys easing the fish out but it sounds like thats what you gotta do, because the Bass will die if it cant swallow it.

s*** he died i wish i would of seen him sooner, come out of the shower and he strugling to swim

Well, I re-read your post and it seems like he had it down all the way right? Cause if some of the feeders tail is still outside you have a chance to save it. If its inside, I dont know. Yeah, my fish didnt try and swallow a feeder, he try to eat one of the dither/teacher fish that was too big for him and almost died. I took a chance and took the fish out. If I didnt, I know it would have died.

Sorry for your loss bro. How big was the feeder?

Yeah, gotta be careful. Fish dont always judge the size of the food right and can choke. The incident I had I felt bad because it was my fault. Always play it safe and never try and give a fish something too big. Its safer to feed it 2 small fish rather than 1 big one.

small size feeder about the size of some rosies what i think happend was he took down to many and couldnt breat very well

That sucks man. It is an accomplishment to grow one of these guys to adult size. Like raising a kid almost lol. They require alot of attention.

sorry for your loss man, always hard when you lose cichla!
