I been battling parasites with my male green terror. He has white stringy poop and it comes and goes day to day. He now has the ted lump growing on head. He did have hith when i first got him. Could it be scar tissue over the hole? Pics.

hikari gold pellets. twice a day. Once a week bloodworms. I try introducing vegetables(peas and green beans) but he rejects them mostly.

also, for the white poop. I used jungle parasite dissolve tablets and it worked for awhile but his poop has gotten worst.

Keep trying with the veggies. Algae wafers work great for me. The stringy poop isn't always parasites. Sometimes it can be from having too much protein in their diet. As far as the lump goes, I'm not sure what it is but, my first step would be to do a large water change and add aquarium salt to the tank. Good luck. I hope it isn't anything too serious.

UPDATE. The red bump has now become an open white sore.
