Hello, When I am breeding bettas and lets say that the Bettas embrace a couple times and not ALL the eggs come out, can I Remove The Female Early?

The female will usually leave the nest after she is done spawning. That is when she should be removed. Or if the male starts chasing the female away, remove the female.
