I have 2 columbian shark catfish in a brackish 75 gallon tank and I've been feeding them Hikari Cichlid Gold sinking pellets for months and they always love them and eat them in a matter of seconds.

The problem is, the smaller catfish, 5-6in, stopped eating them. He also stopped eating Hikari sinking wafers, any flake foods, kensfish pellets, and any dry food.

Now, he ONLY eats frozen bloodworms and brineshrimp. But I have to put around 3 cubes in a day for him to get a good amount, because the 9-10in catfish loves them aswell.

Is there any Hikari or frozen worms or fish that are big that he can eat, because 3 cubes a day is alot.

Like is there a frozen worm that I can give like 2-3 to him and he's full?

Thanks :(
I really love him and I dont want to lose him.

If you could post links, that would be wonderful.

how long has it been since he ate the staple food?

It's been maybe a month? Plus or minus

But it's the same bag and he just refuses to eat it now.

Then he started eating flakes, now he won't eat those.

But it's weird, because once in a while, the bigger one (9-10in) grows an extra pair of pelvic fins for a couple days and he chases the smaller one around for majority of that time. He's not trying to hurt him, because he could, but he just chases him around.

You can kind of see the extra pair pf pelvic fins in my avatar, but they're kinda going away there. they get the same size as the others.
Then the fins go away after a couple days and they snuggle again. But just this recent time, his fins went away and now the small one wont eat. Even though it's happened before :s

it's weird.
