bought 2 babys 1 leather and a translucent to add to the family. the leather is amazing couldnt be better the trans is skinny and not eating. its been 4 days now and i give daily soaks and it has ideal temps thinking about syringe feeding im worried.

mostly baby roaches appropriate sized. im thinking of crix but the first night it ate 2 lil roaches and then i dunno what happened. lol i have been trying to de stress them so to speak and make sure they are hydrated. im just running out of things to do. also i have to babys 4-5 in long in a 30 gallon and they will be seperated tom when my pet store is open and i can buy another mvb. IM WORRIED i really like my lil guy lol thanks for the help do u think she would like crix more

I would feed it what it was already eating until it gets a bit more established. Does it just lie their on its belly like its sick or is it alert.

its alert. it watches them go by lol. k i tried it again and it did the same thing as it did night one i just dropped one in the main enclosure with both of them instead of remving for an attempt in the feeding tub. anyways she ate one and its pissing me off i just want her to act like her ideal baby roommate. im thinking seperation will help. but one roach every other day isnt cutting it

yes it did. just one. so i thought it would be a good idea to put it in the feeding tub with no success.

It's prob best to try different prey items , some seem to prefer faster food items like crix or maybe other items like mealworms . i have a leo that is the same way . would sometimes eat roaches but if i add mealworms to its food tube it would down them all asap.variety is key in getting a difficult feeder going.
