Need help feeding Juvenile JD.

The am currently on Omega One. NLS he spits out, hikari takes him forever to eat 1 pellet. Any ideas good for growth and diet? He's pretty small( I'm thinking it's male). Here's a pic

oh, he eats. I just need new foods. Any suggestions?

All my little guys I ever had went nuts for live blackworms. Also southern delight makes a very small pellet. That my guys seem to enjoy

The only bad thing I've noticed with Southern Delight. Is you have to watch how much you feed (as you should anyways) because it quickly turns white when left in the tank for a day.

repashy and hikari cichlid staple has been my go to for cichlids. you should try repashy if you've already tried nls and hikari
