Need help fungus on frontosa

Here's some pics. I've looked it up but can't really find any info. So time to turn to the pros. Is it lethal? It's a white spot on Botha sides of his head. Only in this spot though. He eats still but doesn't swim as much as he used to. He's by himself in a 75gallon tank.

It just looks like the fish was punctured somehow. Just keep it in clean water and it will go away.

Okay cool. I cleaned everything it and dumped some salt in there. Should I raise the tank temp to 80?

Okay so I have been cleaning the water and putting in aquarium salt, but the white spots are showing up on other places now. And where the previous ones were it looks like holes are appearing. And last night he was freaking out running into the rocks I have in the tank and into the glass. I'm really worried now.

Might want to try to treat it as fungal infection. Try Pimafix for a few days.
