Need help gold and electric blue jack Dempsey

Ok so I have kept the Ebgd before but with no good out come. I feed once a day have good filtratio. How can I Mack sure these guy grow happy and healthy this time around. Oh they are in my 75 gallon tank with other cichlids

Besides good food and filtration there are two other important things for good growth.
- regular water changes. The more often and bigger the better.
- dominant fish tend to grow faster. The fish should be the boss in the tank.

Thanks I really appreciate it I might just move them both out the 75 and put them in a 20gal.

They tend to get stressed in smaller tanks. These fish are the most skiddish fish I've ever kept
