Need help ID Arowana

Hey guys i got a young Arowana about 4.5 inches now, was told its a red. Scales shows some bluish when seen from specific angle.

Its from asia, pretty commin here and the didnt give any certificates or do tags

every reputable farm micro chips each aro and should provide certificates for asian arowanas...yours is too small to tell if its a red..wait til it grows a bit...its lips will start to turn orange at first if its a true red aro...
