Need help ID disease

Hello i am babysitting my brother-in-law's discus

I put them in my 210g that is cycled my water parameter are ammo 0 nitrite 0 nitrate below 20
i change 50% of water weekly.
They have been with me for about 2 weeks and a few days ago i noticed some white spots on the fins and tail

so i am thinking its a case of ick
but then i see a thing that looks like a wart ..... fish wart really ??? i cant seem to find much info on fish warts online .

looks like ich and bacteria infection starting. Make sure Temp is about 87-88

+1....beginning stage of ich and looks to be a bacterial infection.

I don't know if this is recommended or not, but I heard you can take the fish out in a net and remove the wart yourself. I've actually seen this done and it is easy, but I don't know if its good to do. Its the fastest way to remove the wart thats for sure.
 
do you think salt and high temp could cure both ick and the bacterial infection ?
also why would there be infection that tank as a bare bottom and they are not being overfeed.
