Trying to figure out what these things are on my flowerhorn and the best method to treating it. I am currently treating it with prazipro but it seems to take no effect.

Look like some missing scales and maybe some fungus. Would add a little salt 1tsp per g and increase up ur water changes to twice a week. If not better try hydrogen peroxide on a qtip and dab the area with it daily for 5-7 days.
Sorry 3rd picture is an accidental upload of another fish that had scraped his head on a divider. The question was about the fish in the first 2 pictures. Thank you for the response though.
Ok. The first is hard to tell. Could be lymphocystis on the side of the body. Need better pics. If it’s just lymphocystis then will get better on it’s own.
2nd pic looks like scales missing with some fungus. Would suggest what I recommended.
