Need help identifying

I'm new to MFK and this is my first post can y'all please help me identify this fish. I got him about 7 months ago and was labeled as a jack Dempsey he was only about an Inch and a half at the time and kind a look more like a convict law of red Devil to me. About a month and a half later I noticed orange spot on his head then gradually the orange took over his whole body. Now I think is a rose queen. I would appreciate all the help I can get.

Looks like a Rose Queen to me but probably not

from what i see the fry does look like one of my midas fries, but it does look like a rose queen in adult. lol however, rose queens and red devils look more alike, so it's a bit hard to tell.

If I saw that fish my first guess is a Red Devil. It could be mixed but might not be. There are lots of color variations in Red Devils.
