need help ID'ing illness

The black speckles do look strange but maybe it's just the lighting in the pics. Does it look identical to the others (apart from the emaciation)?
If no other fish are displaying similar symptoms then personally I would euthanase this one, just keep a close eye on the others, and see how things go.
In my experience all the fish from a particular group never reach old age together for various reasons, some don't develop properly, or develop defects as they mature, some just die in isolation from apparently non-contagious disease or for undiagnosed reasons. And that's without factoring in accidents and water quality problems.
