My wife and I got this little bugger at our local Petsmart a year ago. He was labled an upside down. When we got him and another upside down, he was only about an inch. His buddy died after a month or so, but this guy has soldiered on to become nearly six inches long, and is ready to be moved into a 60gal tank from his current 30gal. I do not know for sure if he is really an upside down or not, as our other two (we got two more six months ago) are nearly a third his size. He still seems to be growing as well! He likes to spend his days in the corner of the tank next to the heater, and at night venturing out and rumaging through the gravel. Any ideas? Sorry for the poor images.

You got quite a deal if they labeled him for a upsidedown cat. Good buy snd nice looking synodontis!

I will try to get a better shot of him tonight...

Here is a better photo of the catfish...

Also, can anyone id the cory in the bottom photo? I cannot remember for the life of me what he is!

Thanks!

Kris

Synodontis is a hybrid. Head shape is wrong, dorsal too long, and adipose too small to be ocellifer.

Corydoras is leucomelas I think.
