I bought seven baby "African" cichlids about 6 months ago and they were 1/2" long. Now they are thriving and happy but I'm not sure what I actually have. Any help would be appreciated.

The littlest white one with red eyes is the most aggressive fish in the tank. He hides alot but he basically has half the aquarium to himself and he ALWAYS eats first.

Orange and Blue look like Zebras to me, Yellow with black fin tip is a Lemmon Lag, white is most likely a Zebra se well. Blue with Black Bars are propably Kenyi.

yellow: labidochromis careoleus/yellow lab
blue: metraclima callianos/ cobalt blue
Blue/black: metraclima lombardoi/kenyii
white: pseudotropheus socolofi/ snow white
orange: either pseudotropheus sp. or metraclima sp "zebra"

Picture numbered
1. lil guy kenyi (Metriaclima lombardoi), other closer part of fish is zebra (Metriaclima callainos) or (Metriaclima estherae)
2.blue (Metriaclima callainos) or (Metriaclima estherae) red (Metriaclima estherae)
3. Same as 2
4 yellow lab (Labidochromis caeruleus), infront of rock blue (Metriaclima callainos) or (Metriaclima estherae), behind rock kenyi (Metriaclima lombardoi)
5. Pseudotropheus socolofi (Albino) or Metriaclima greshakei (Albino) depends if dorsal fin having yellow look to it...if so greshaki
6. only un named looks to be Melanochromis not sure which get another picture...

hopes this helps... posting in African forum will get more answers faster...
