NEED HELP: Med dosage for sick PEARL&HYBRID

I am in Thailand. My 8 inch pearl and 2 hybrids from 2 different tanks do not eat for 2 days and kinda heavily breathing stay still not moving around. No sign of fungus. Other parameters are OK . One tank has about 30 rays the other about 15 rays of the about same size.

Meds here are different than US/Europe such melafix etc. are not available. Depending primary on Human meds. Need Suggestions on Meds and dosages either putting in the water or needle injection. What kind of meds needed to be use and their dosage?

If I leave them like this 3 death curls coming up soon.....
Please help .... any kind of suggestions welcome.....

hi, may be you should try to use some antibiotic, i always use Oxytetracycline at 1g per 100 liters water. you need to find out what is the root cause, if it is because on amonia poisoning, it will be difficult to cure them, i suggest you to pack them into beg, use pure oxygen to help them. i did manage to rescue some ray with this method. good luck to you......
