Drain the water down to where they don't have much room to swim. Like 4 inches deep. That will keep them from jumping out because they can't build up speed. Then if you have a net large enough, go for it, if not, i have used a pillow case for large fish before. Worked very well!

Last time I moved a big catfish (not an Iridescent but still a big one at 1.5'+) I had to use my hands. I tried everything but he was a brute. I ended up just grabbing him with a towel or pillow case (I forget exactly) sorta around him as a little bit of protection from the spines. If not for those it wouldn't have been as hard but those spines will seriously hurt if they get you so I was being careful and cautious while also trying to not hurt the fish at the same time. So be prepared for a battle, that is if either one has even half the attitude my old guy did.

how long did u have the iridescent sharks??
