Need help, my Yellow Bellied Turtle won't grow

could someone help me, why my turtle just won't grow.
after a year it only grew about 1 inch. while my other turtle grew 1-2 inch per month.
i've tried to separate it from other turtle, so it can get more food (less competition fighting for food) but still no changes.
after 1.5 year it only 3" long.

How warm is your tank water? They are both kept separate, right?

And how are you keeping it? Do you have uvb ligth?

Warm temperatures, a warmer basking spot with UVB, and a varied diet is key to their growth. You may be doing all of this already of course, and some turtles really just grow much slower than others.

if his other turtles are growing, id assume he has everything

my softshell grew 1inch in 8months, and my snapper is 5X its hatchling size
(1yr 3 1/2months)
