NEED HELP NOW

The water is perfect and I do weekly changes on it. It's with a pair of red bellied pacu, an Oscar, tsn, ck, pleco, and irredesent shark. Most of which will soon be moved into a 1300 gallon pond
 
even though you're planning to upgrade you have way too many fish in a 55 at the moment, aggression and jumping are going to happen with that setup, i'd recommend getting the new tank up and going ASAP, within the next day or 2 if possible or your fish are just gonna keep hurting themselves
 
My guess would be thr oscar is harrasing the other fish. Aros are really skittish at that size pretty much scared of there own shadow mine broke his back about that size . You need a bigger tank sooner than later
