Ok, I currently have

1 red devil an oscar, and a senegal bichir in a 20G... (ALL are going back to LFS)

And I have a 20G growout tank for 2 EBJDs...

I am buying a 75G tank from my uncle with 2 12" long oscars in it...

Should I take the oscars to the LFS and throw the EBJDs in the 75???

and keep the 20s for small cichlids?

If so then what should I stock the 2 20s with?

2x12" Oscars should go in a 125gal at least, they poo a lot, not to mention they have growing to do too.

EBJD with Oscars is a waste of your money. 75gal is a good tank for "community" fish: Apistogrammas, Rams, Tetras etc, or just a dedicated tank for your EBJD

thats what i was going to do... just have 2 EBJDs and a pleco in the tank =)

or could i add mroe fish????

thats what i was asking... i though the africans were the smaller ones so i was asking what africans i could fill the 20s with =/

African ciclids range from ones that max at 1" (shell dwellers) to the "emperor" of them all, Boulengerochromis Microlepis that max at 36".

Now, to be more specific and to answer your question, those 20gal are perfect for dedicated shell dweller tanks.

Here are some species
L. Multifasciatus
L. Occelatus 'gold', or 'Zambian blue'
L. Speciosus ..akas 'black Occelatus', one of my all time favourites
L. Brevis
L. Similis
L. Caudopunctatus ....akas 'red top'
...and so on, if you have more questions I'll be glad to answer.

I'd do one setup with a pair of Multies (Lamprologus Multifasciatus), they will fill that tank in no time, 4-5 months down the road you'll have 30-40+ juvies growing in a nice colony. The second 20 gal, one pair of Occelatus gold and one pair of Speciosus, BUT, these guys are not colony builders like the Multies and you need to pull the fry out and place them in a grow out tank.

Did I miss anything?

not that I know of but it would help if you would be able to direct me to where i could buy some of these fish =)

could i also have anything in the 75G with the EBJDs?

...both Chip and Lynette have good stuff. As for the 75gal, yes, a school of clown loaches and some fancy convicts(nanoluteus, blue spot, sajica etc), or Thorichthys speacies. Plecos too, I'd go for 6 green, or blue phantoms
