What sex is it? Pretty hard to tell at this point... To do it visually you will have to wait until its body shape starts to develop. The only thing i usually go by at this size is if there is black spots in the top fin its a female (About 60%) of the time. Only real way to be sure is by venting when its a bit bigger.

Does it look healthy? This is for you to judge...cant tell from the pics. It doesnt have stressbars so thats a good sign. Is it eating well? Swimming well? Active? Unless its holed up in a corner, dark and swimming irregularly it should be doing just fine..give it time to adapt.

Its potential? Oh man..Dont we all wish we knew at this point. Only semi-guarantee for genes would be if you got it from a reputable breeder or you had pictures of the parents. If its from the LFS its just wait and see...Most lfs FHs are what we call Low Grade. Dont let that put you off..Some of them can turn out to be stunners but most are not gonna get u a trophy. Just care for it and see what it turns into.

Sidenote: The flowerline seems to be what we call a "Full script" which means it goes along the whole body of the fish, this is usually a good indication so like i said just grow it out and see.

As for the tank...I cant tell the size from the picture but I would say the bare minimum for these guys would be a 55G (for single female) and a 75G (for single male) with good filtration.

What size is that tank? In Liters or Gallons?

thnxx ,,, and I forgot do u know what kind/type of FH I got ?

No way AT ALL to know what potential it has lmfao. Nor can any of us tell the health of it from pictures. Next, that tank is entirely too small... Whats that a 10g with a sponge filter?? A FH needs AT LEAST a 55g MINUMUM, with excellent filtration and at least 2 water changes weekly in ideal conditions.

And i honestly couldnt tell ya what type, in my opinion it doesn't even look to be a flowerhorn. Maybe a fader though.

Take out the stupid ceramic baby, if that was given to you at birth there's a good chance it was painted using lead-based paint

Not alot we can tell from these pictures, the fish is still small and its too pale to differentiate any kind of color pattern. Start working on finding a bigger tank ASAP if you are serious about keeping it. You should be able to find a used big tank locally.
