I had this guy for almost a month now, I have yet to see him eat anything. He's about a foot long

He's healthy, not skinny but I am having trouble trying to get him to eat.

I have tried:

Nori seaweed
Zuchinni
Boiled Snow peas
Beefheart
Food stix
Massivore delight
Live blackworms
Frozen bloodworms
Market shrimp
Krills
Algae wafer

I usually leaves all the veggies using veggie clip at night before I got to bed. and it'll be skinnier in the morning.

So someone is eating the veggies, but I can't tell if he ate it or the other tankmates did.

Tankmates:
TSN
2 Blood parrots
Clown Knife
Jade Goby
Spotted Gar
Severum
2 plecos

Now, I am not sure if he's eating, but I have yet to see him eat anything in front of me.

Should I try some live plants or moss ball ? Any ideas on how to get him interested in food ? I feel better once I see him eat...

All prochilodontids exploit detritus and aufwucks (periphyton), so he may be eating things you can't see. I would feed them the same way I feed my L. desmotes...supply them with vegetable matter, but also make sure you let algae grow on the drift wood. If you see him rooting around in the gravel...he's eating.
