middle of no where!!
Start off with water parameters: ph 7.4, nitrites 0, ammonia 0, nitrates 20ppm.

A new peacock bass of mine was fine for 2 days and this morning started rolling over on its side and eventually upside down. Gill movement at normal pace. I touched him with a net and he wet right side up. Seems to be having a hard time stayin upright. The fish is isolated in the tank now but was being harassed By an arowana. It's just sitting in the bottom now and seems ok but not active. Any ideas would help and mess I can add. I also did a 50 percent water change. Te water param. We're from before change.

It seems like something is wrong with his swimm bladder. The swimm bladder is what helps the fish float or sink in the tank and also keeps them upright. Also try not to mess with him too much to prevent him from being even More stressed than he already is. peas are a good remedy for constipation but ensure they are cooked, shelled & only small pieces fed at a time as they have a mild laxative effect. I am not positive it is the swim bladder but keep us posted

I have not fed it in the two day I have had him. Tried to feed last night but he wouldn't eat. Lights are off in the tank and in the room he is in to keep it calm as possible. Any remedies to help with swim bladder issues?

He is still alive this morning and looks like he's doing better not leaning to the side and swimming a little. Tried to feed him peas but no appetite. I was looking online and it said you can use Epsom salt with 1-3 teaspoons for 5 gallons of water. If he keeps improving I will try to feed and stuff some shrimp with peas if he will eat. I also forgot to mention that I bought him and he was in a Rubbermaid tub for 5 hours could that cause constipation. ? I have taken fish that far before and never had a problem and I had an air pump in the tub too.
