Need Help Picking a JOB!!! Please help! Dnt kno what to pick!

Hello,
So I recently graduated from college in business management, and I have been given offers as store manager for either Petsmart or Kohls. I have no idea which I want. I have a strong passion for animals, and believe I would fit perfect for petsmart. However, I did research on Kohls, and it seems to pay $20,000 more, I may be wrong. Someone may need to double check that. Please give me your opinion on what I should do. Im really stuck and dont know what to do. Thank you..

i'd take kohl's for a couple of reasons. kohl's probably has a brighter future and less likely to go through major staff reductions. I would think your experience at kohl would offer more lateral opportunities for future jobs.

if you love animals, you probably don't want to work for a company where sales is more important then the actual animal care. Could find yourself between a rock and a hard place deciding between what the company guidelines say and what your heart is telling you to do.

thank you for your responses.. I to believe that Kohls is the better company to work for. I really hope I get the job.. Im going to be competing against 10 other people for 1 position.. I need to be on point.

Ohhh, you kinda made it sound like all you had to do was choose, by the title... Humm.. not the case..

If I were you, Id do both interviews.. if that's possible.. Yes, Kohls seems to be the better choice.. but you better give yourself a better chance of just getting a job period.. GL..

Best advise, don't be all uptight in an interview.. the interviewer is just human like you.. be quick with your responses, and say something that will make you sound like a leader.. confidence..
