I have an Oscar that we bought about 2 months ago now. she had a bad eye when we bought her, but she was active and it looked to be from when she was younger. Anyway, she got attacked in our tank bad enough that i pulled her and treated her to let the wounds heal over. she is now looking like she will be fine, but that leaves the question. I dont know what fish i could put with a handicapped oscar. she is very chill, but i know oscars can be mean. what could take some heat without giving? Tank size is unknown at this point because she is in a hospital tank and we are going to have to get her a tank. Any and all Ideas would be great. Thanks in advance

the oscar is alone now, and getting a new tank. was with a angry trimac mix, 2 green terrors, blood parrot, plecos, and raf cats though in a 120 gallon 6ft tank

we are going to get her a new tank and set up a full second set to take care of her though. so i need help figuring out what would go with her being handicapped and then tank size to go with the set up.

Severums. =) They're great and not that aggre, same temperament as an average oscar, but most likely calm and chill.

blood parrots and smaller cats , come to mind:) .. I admire you for keeping the fish and planning proper care

well, she kind of bonded with me at the store. we were really in the market for 1 oscar and my g/f picked a different one, but this one seemed to like me... so both was a solid option. no turing back now
