NEED HELP PLEASE!!

Hey ]\/[fk's, i need your help urgently please, i have a 4 foot tank and i need light suggestions for a heavily planted fish tank. i am looking to start another one, have 9 angelfish in for growout and want it planted.

If its an emergency, buy a grow light bulb(36") and a shop light fixture at Home Depot.
The bulb is around $10 and so is the shop light.

i bought a 48'' light fixture from bunnings, and the bulbs are t5 i think. theyre 16mm in diameter. if i buy two t5 light bulbs from the pet shop will they be better then these ones?
