Kind of looks like a scratch. Any driftwood in the tank? I would start by adding salt to the water- 1 tablespoon per 5 gallons and watch it for a couple of days and see if it gets better or worsens

Sorry I didn't add a description of it on the original post. It's kind of hanging off of his eye and it's shaped like a tear drop. It slightly resembles an eye booger for lack of a better description. Could it be a parasite?

I just got Alex's PM. Does this move or is it just there? Kind of looks like a fluke. A few treatments for flukes are Quick Cure (Malachite Green, Formalin) or if you can't find that PraziPro (Praziquantel) or API General Cure (Metronidazole & Praziquantel). QC can also be conbined with either PraziPro or GC for diffacult cases.

I edited my post above^

Thank you guys for your help. Everything seems to be back to normal. I had my doubts with the General Cure but heck, it worked. Thanks again guys. uploadfromtaptalk1385160171956.jpg
