If anybody can guide me on how to post pictures please. I'm not very good on computers. Please use little words. Can't understand alot of techical stuff. 
need help posting pictures

1st you need to have your pics hosted on a site like here or photobucket.
Then take the address of the pic and put
around it.
ex. [*img]http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=2/medium/Fish_0141.jpg[/img]
and you get this
Then take the address of the pic and put
