Need help programming aquarium system

Hi guys, I've bought an aquarium second hand and the cabinet has this system in it but I can't figure out how to program it and can't find any videos on it online. Does anyone know how to program this or know of anything online that can help. I'm not even 100% sure if it works but I'm hoping it does.

What are they wired to? The red ones are just breaker switches and the two on the right seem to be time switches
