need help quick!!!!

i wont go into it but i need to move my fish from 1 tank to another, fairly quick.

but i dont have a net!! what can i use???!!!

they are 2.5" red belly piranhas

help please!!!
 
just used a plastic jug, took about 2 mins!!!! sorry guys
 
so they wont really eat now they're in their new home. how long will it take them to adjust in your experience guys?
 
well whenever they get hunger they're not gonna right then
 
they've been in the new tank for a couple of hours, it's feeding time and they'd usually be starving by now.

i knew they'd be nervous but they havnt touched it in 25 mins...
 
I've had fish eat IMMEDIATELY after adding them to a new tank, and other times it can take days or even weeks. No one can tell you when exactly they will eat again.
 
OMG!!! i think my fish are dying!!!!

i've no idea why they are doing this but they are just sitting on the bottom and on their sides most of the time!!

i have no idea whats wrong with them, please help!!!!
 
they were like that after i had the light on and rearranged a few things in the tank.

i went back after leaving the lights off.

were they just giving up due to stress?
