Need Help Regarding Drafting Letter of Intent for Distributorship

I am currently in the process of applying to be a distributor of certain products. I was wondering if anyone has any experience on what should be in the letter?

I am currently doing my research on the what should be the content of the letter but I was wondering what other members who had experience with drafting a letter of intent has to say.

Anybody has a template?

I am planning to include a working business plan as well although the company is not asking for it. This way, this will show my seriousness in the endeavor and my ability to foresee different aspects of the business.

I had to do one of these when I bought my SNAPPLE beverage route, You will want to do a business plan for sure. I will look thru old files tomorrow and see if I can find anything for you.
