need help sexing convict

Its a bit small / bit of a bad pic to tell , but 95% of females have some colored scales in the belly and dorsal fin area , I think I can almost make them out in the pic.
 
Female Convicts when full of eggs, their belly will turn bright reddish/orange. Only the belly, not the fins. And only when she has eggs is her belly red. You would definitely know if it is a female. It actually looks like little red spots all over the belly.
 
i wanna say male cause yes the orange but the orange would be bright enuf to were he would be asking why his convict is that color an i dont really see any bright orange patches on the fish.
