Males have a penis. Well, four actually.

note the four apendages that extend tward the front.
Female: http://magickcanoe.com/crayfish/crayfish-female-large.jpg
note the absence of said apendages and the obvious opening...
Females also tend to have more swimerettes(spelling?) than males. Females tails also tend to wider while males tend to be longer, this may depend on species though.
