Ok so i have a 55 gallon standard rectangle tank decorated with pool filter sand, river rocks, and a fake plant. I have a aquaclear model 70 hob filter, and a 200 watt heater. Right now the fish in there are male/female convict, pair of firemouths, pair of honduran red points, and some knd of bottome feeder that is about 4-5 inches long he as a hige fin on top that erects really tall. What fish should i tank out or is this ok they do fight. convicts have already claimed one side of tank.

you could probably keep the firemouths and the HRP's. I'd lose the convicts...mainly because HRP's are so similar but won't grow quite as large nor be as aggressive so they should get along ok in a 55 with 2 firemouths. :)

I agree, cons out, HRP's and FM's stay.

Hope the bottom feeder isn't one of those high fin sharks because they get huge.

lol i kno this is old but does yur ac70 fit on yur tank, mine doesnt fit so i have it on the side

get rid of the cons keep the others. That's what i would do.

I'd keep allthe fish as they are plus add a couple jack Demseys.
