Hello everyone,
So i went out of town for two days and i left my mom in charge of my tank. When i came back, i found 2 dead cichlids. a rudy red peacock and a iceberg ahli. I have a tiger botia (loach) that chases my cichlids around all the time. can my botia be causing them too much stress? i dont think he bites them because when they stop swimming he then stops chasing and acts like he wasnt. Its quite funny to watch, but now im panicing. im getting my water tested tmrw and i was looking for advice before that. They all look reallllly healthy but apparently not? all are well fed. Theres only one fish in my tank thats not too active and thats my other iceberg ahli. Hes getting all his color in so could that be the reason he is being mellow? hes been acting like a bass and hanging under this undercast. Its kind of like hes depressed he lost his friend. but like i said other then that all of my fish are doing realllly great and are verry active. Not too much aggression other then the botia.
