Need help to recover my pearl Arowana floating vertical with head up and tail down

Hi,
I am having my pearl arowana for past 1 year and its always active. Today also i saw at 9.00 a.m it was doing fine without any symptoms of diseased, but when i saw it again by 12.00 p.m it was floating vertical having head up and tail down. I can see the eyes, mouth and gills movement. I have kept in the 65 gallon water tank. Please help me in recovering my arowana. What would be the reason which made the arowana to float vertical suddenly.

Sorry. If it's gills aren't moving then it might be dead already. Please check first.

Could be water quality/infection/poor diet issues and also maybe traumatic injury from banging into the glass.

Hard to say.

Gills are functioning.
Eyes are moving.
Opening and closing the mouth constantly.

Would lower the water level so it's can atleast be proped up. Can use decor/plants to prop up. Place in front of a powerhead to get some water moving. Add some non-iodized salt to the tank, 1tsp per gallon. Get some water parameters. What are the tankmates?

Hi,
The water is lowered...
Non iodized salt is added.
No tankmates.
Powerhead is turned on occasionally so that the current will not disturb the arowana.
Recently changed the water(2 weeks back) and ph level is 7.
Any suggestions are welcome.

What's ur ammonia, nitrate, and nitrite levels? Temp? I would turn down the lights. Keep temp at 78 degrees and cross ur fingers.

Ammonium and nitrate level not known. Temperature is maintained at 32 degree celcius.
Added the attached picture solution to maintain the ammonium and nitarte level.
Hope for the best...

You should get a test kit so you can test your water

If I may ask, why to you maintain the tank at 32 degree Celsius?
Unless you are treating it for something specific, i believe that temperature is too high

When we have heat waves and the tank temperatures rise above 30, i switch on a fan facing the tank and add extra air stones

Right now im not having any testing kit and yes i regularly change water in the tank.
As of now im maintaining 32 degree celsius for medication purpose otherwise it will be around 25 to 27.
Still there is no improvement in the condition.

I think you should drop the temp down. Keep it around 78 degrees or 25/26 Celsius. Are u treating the fish with a medication? What infection does it have? The high temp can induce this too.
