my gulper catfish has this whitish sore it JUST appeared out of no where. He is hanging out by the air stone and air wand i put it in the tank, i added melafix, stress coat and some salt. temp is at 84*F. please help he doesnt look good :(

I just turned off the ligts for him
 
dose with salt, melafix, pimafix and some good API anti fungle meds. something to treat body fungus
