fish is about 5.5 inches. This is a singular white parasite about 1mm in diameter and 1.5mm in its protrusion. It is located about 1 inch below the dorsal fin, and is not present on other fish. This fish does not itch, eats regularly and does not show signs of stress. Any help will be useful.

possibly its a Lernaea cyprinacea, a kind os parasite that feeds on blood.
Take it of and use some med on the fish.
