put a 3" gt in my tank w/a 3"fh, 3 2" jd's, the fh is the dominat fish, he was chasing the crap out of the gt, so i took all the decor out, let them chill for an hour in an empty tank, put some diff decore in w/a bunch more caves, hiding spots, etc,. . . . the fh isn't chasing the gt as agressive, but still harassing it, anybody know how to calm the agression down? i don't want to take the gt out, any any advise but that would be helpfull, thanks

Tank FH out because it will kill EVERYTHING in the tank no matter what. They are brutal when growing up. It goes like this 2" Cute and cuddly 3" pest 4" a pain 5" ***hole 6" complete frustration 7" killer 8" murderer 9" Alone lol.

Depends on the size of your aquarium. If your aquarium is less then 100 gallons with that cichlid combination, then you're probably doomed to fail. Your Flowerhorn will easily out grow your Dempseys and Green Terror. As it grows, its aggression will pick up. Eventually it will want to be a resident of one. You're better off isolating your Flowerhorn or moving him out. If you're intent on keeping them together for as long as you can, then I suggest you create some cave systems or hiding places. You may get lucky and your Flowerhorn may completely our grow them and no long see them as a threat.
