Need help w/ Tigrinis

What's the best way to take a baby tigrinis off blackworms and into chopped shrimp?

hand feed them. i use a chopstick and wave the shrimp in front of their mouths until they take em. I started my tigs from Rich on shrimp from day 1. now they even eating cut up fish fillet.
