Need help with a set up?

I want to set a small tank for rosey red feeders what's the best set up and do they breed fast. I have a 20 gal tank and an air pump for the set up. should i go with something different for feeders, they are for my gars. my supplier down the road is moving so i want to set up my own. any help would be appreciated.
