I went to petco today to see their selection of fish because the nearest LFS is roughly 30 miles. Surprisingly they had very nice clean tanks with very few fish to a tank and hardly any dead unless you count goldfish tanks.

I bought out their entire selection of African Mix Cichlids. I am not sure what they are there was only 1 labeled. I got 1 medium Electric Blue Cichlid. The rest are like REALLY neon Yellow Medium Cichlids. Then I got 1 Medium Albino Cichlid that looks like the purest white I have ever seen in an albino.
I also got 2 small electric blues cichlids and 1 small pure white albino. I was wondering will these all breed together or what. They all seem to be schooling in my 180 gallon tank with the plecos I have in there. I don't know if they feel safer around the plecos but I have a 12inch pleco and a 15 inch and they seem to all swim in a school next to the plecos sides. Every now and they they will go to the caves and hang out.

Also when I got the 2 small electric blues in the store before I bought them they were lip locking. I know since they are like .5 inch that they are way to young to breed but could this be early signs of a pair forming ??

So any information you can give on this fish would help. I bought so many because the big ones were only like $9.99 each and I got like 8 mediums. they say they get up to 8" so when they get bigger I will possibly get another big tank or rehome them to a friend.

I found pictures of what they look like but they aren't mine because my camera is broken right now I am getting a new one soon.

How big do they have to get before they can breed? The mediums are roughly 3 inches and the smaller ones only about .5 - 1 inch.
