Need Help with disease on Blood Parrots

Hello, All! Am new to MFK. Hope this comes across. have five blood parrots in 72 gal tank. Have had three for about 9 months and two for about 3 months. One of older set, about 5" long, has 4 or 5 white spots, about the size of a #6 lead shot on its head. Doesn't appear o be causing duress, but suspect it will. have tried several remedies, but uncertain what i am treating. Can anyone help? See photos. All of same fish. Thanks, in advance Dick B

try a lil aquarium salt 1 teaspoon per gallon

have you treated for fungi or bacteria infections? Be sure to follow treated to the end and remove Carbon, and water change...

Could add salt to see if it helps...

before I answer I'd like to know the temperature and ammonia/nitrite/nitrate levels. It looks as if the water could be a bit off on the ammonia scale because of the milkish color, but I'll wait on your test results to decide.

Will accumulate that info. had not done it recently. About three weeks ago, all were right on target,
