Need help with Eartheater ID

I need help with identifying an Eartheater I have. Please see my youtube video and he shows up at 2:18. He is blue with black stripes and I can't find any documentation on what he may be. He was sold as a Demon Eartheater, but after looking those up, he definately isn't.
