need help with flowerhorn

ok i have a male flower horn he's 2-3 inches and hes in a 55 gallon and i was wondering if i can put some other kind of fish with him like a red devil or an convict ( when i first got him he was already with another flower horn ) any suggestion on what i should do or just leave as he is ?

he would like it byhimself but a convict or pair would last. if u have hiding spots.

hmmm it all depends
some FHs are ready to accept tank mates but some are just nasty mean ****** so you may try a fish like the salvini or the convict or try and keep a larger chiclid with it
and is that 55g going to be his permanent home ??

the problem with that is my flowerhorn is still small so cant he just get into the hiding place ?
