need help with flowerhorn

OK i just cleaned my tank ( 55gallon ) so my flower horn looks like he just got into a fight or something his kok has like 3 wholes and before i cleaned the he was fine . so i was wondering if anyone knew whats wrong with him ( hes in the tank by himself ) and he doesnt look stressed

if its "Holes" and theirs nothing in the tank with him...its "HITH" a.k.a. Hole In The Head disease....its an ugly outcome for a flowerhorn...very ugly...get some Aquarium Salt and raise the temperature to 84-86 degree's and hope for the best that it will close up. Check you water para. to see if their is anything else different in the tank...just check everything
