depends on a lot of other factors....what the condition of the light/tank is, how bad the cosmetics of each are...the year of the tank...the model of the light...
there a ton of factors that could play in it...
Where are you, and why are you getting rid of it??

It looks like an "Nova Extreme" fixture by Current USA, is it T5 HO only? or does it have MH bulbs too? You could ask anywere from $400 to $1000... I assume it is a 72" fixture...

I would not take a chance with the aquarium... As sylicone shrinks after being dry for an extended period of time... May be your best bet to reseale it before filling it again....
