need help with identifying these 2 fish!!

Hello all.. just got this fish and was sold to me as a golden flowerhorn.. my friend thinks it is a red texas,or a midas..?? he is slightly getting a hump now.. the other pic is from a flowerhorn sold to me as an adult female but does not get along well with males..need to know if it is a female or male??

x4. Can't make a definite determination on sex of the second one unless you get a close shot of its vent. Some FH owners use the position of the flower line to determine sex, I believe they would say the second is a male because its flowers are closer to the lateral line than the dorsal fin.
